Not only is this a Denon but it is a CI version which stands for Custom Integrator.  This means you get more advanced features and a 3 year warranty.   Upscales all your video to 1080p.  And includes iPod direct connect.  No iPod dock is needed to access music from your iPod.

Subwoofer:
